The paperwork on all appraisal requests is started the day we receive them and an inspection time is scheduled within the following 24 hours.  Once the inspection has been completed, you can expect the finished report on your desk by 8 am the following day.  In most cases, this means a turn time of 48 hours or less, as long as access to the property can be provided to us.  Any underwriter change requests will be completed and returned within 24 hours of receipt.
